• Nearly 11 years' experience in the immigration industry.

• Hands-on experience across a broad range of visa categories, including many complex cases.

• Extensive experience leading, training and coaching immigration teams of up to 20 staff, with coaching and mentoring forming a significant part of my professional career, both within and before the immigration industry. 

• Practical guidance that goes beyond policy, including developing professional judgement, identifying risk and thinking critically through complex situations.

• Business mentoring for PLIAs who own, or intend to establish, their own practice, including workflow, pricing, client management and business development.

• Individual supervision tailored to your knowledge, confidence and long-term development, not just your Professional Development Plan (PDP).
