HR Support & Compliance Beyond Visas

Many employers initially engage me for accreditation or work visas. Over time, that relationship often extends beyond immigration applications.

I have assisted employers with Labour Inspector matters, including Improvement Notices and Enforceable Undertakings, and have supported businesses to understand and meet their employment and HR obligations that also form part of post-accreditation verification checks.

I also assist selected employers with broader workplace matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, trial period terminations, and other employment issues where immigration considerations may also be relevant. Through my compliance support team, I also offer payroll and minimum entitlement audits to help employers identify and address potential compliance issues before they become larger problems.
