Having achieved a Certificate of Proficiency in Employment Law (with Distinction) from Massey University, I thoroughly understand the intersection between these two areas of law. They are closely connected with decisions made in one area that can often affect another.
I help employers navigate that intersection by providing practical advice that considers all three areas. Whether it is employer accreditation, Job Checks, Accredited Employer Work Visas (AEWVs), employment agreements, workplace policies, or ongoing compliance obligations, my aim is to help employers understand the bigger picture and minimise risk before problems arise.
