"As a Provisionally Licensed Immigration Adviser I have found Zinnia’s supervision invaluable. Zinnia has always made herself available (even at short notice) for me to ask advice around any compliance or client issues. The style of supervision that Zinnia applies is to ask me what I think the solution is and why I think that is the correct solution. In our Professional Development meetings, she will set me a task to complete and then we review this at the next meeting.
